SAD NEWS IN: AcCE as the students were served Corn porridge without bread nor sugar
Accra College of Education teacher-trainees fled the cafeteria without eating the breakfast that had been prepared for them. This was due to the students being served Corn porridge with no sugar or bread.
According to the Trainees, during last supper, the kitchen board communicated with the student body via the Cafeteria commissioners.
In a related vein, the information stated that subsequent breakfasts would not be sugared due to a shortage of sugar in stores.
This morning's breakfast, however, is devoid of both sugar and bread. This came as a surprise to all of the Trainees who went out for breakfast, knowing that the Teacher-trainees allowance had just been disbursed and was always paid in conjunction with the feeding component.
The students are unsure what will happen next.
